Bronze Chariot and Horses, Xian, China
Description - The first of the 2 painted bronze chariots and horses called "High Chariot". The horses horse are perfect half life-size with a height of 65 cm high and a length of 1.2 mt and the chariot is covered with a canopy in the form of an umbrella. The chariots were excavated in 1980 20 mt west of the mount of Emperor Qin Shihuang's Mausoleum.
