Also called Yi he yuan, the Palace is situated in Beijing and covers 2.9 sq km, its main features being the 60-mt-high Longevity Hill and the man-made Kunming Lake, which covers 2.2 sq km; inside the palace there is a great variety of buildings, gardens and pavilions.
