Place: Alexandria - Pompey's column and the Sphynx - the column was actually builtin 297 A.D. in honour of Diocletianus, 22 mt high, with a diameter of 9 mt at bottom, it is one monolyth of polished granite brought to this place across the Nile.

Details: unwritten, unposted, in the small box where stamp should be placed there is mention of a law of 1917, so probably printed about that time
